Slow Rise Bakehouse is a small bakery in downtown Forest Grove, Oregon. We make loaves of bread, pastries, and coffee for our beloved community. All of our breads are naturally leavened, and made with 100% organic grains. Our day starts with full shelves of bread and pastries at 7:30, and we go until 2:00 or till we sell out. Online preorders for bread and pastry are available through our website.
