Training at Shift Fitness/Will Power Training Studio is based on the concept of functional strength, conditioning and injury prevention. We offer small group and private strength sessions as well as open gym hours. Our experienced staff at the studio prides itself on high level, individual based strength coaching that includes all levels of clients...ranging from sports performance to post rehab. Modalities utilized include bosus, boxes, ropes, TRX, med balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, bikes, rowers etc. Class sizes generally range from 3-10 participants. Your first session is always complimentary. The studio specializes in big picture functional fitness and sport/activity performance.
