Specialties
We offer holistic counseling and psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation instruction, mindfulness coaching, private Yoga lessons, and Therapeutic Yoga to individuals of all ages. Our approach is uniquely integrative, combining movement and mindfulness with talk therapy when clients choose to add these to their treatment plan. Mindfulness and Yoga are offered individually as well--Ideal for anyone seeking to increase emotional and physical flexibility and learn skills to manage stress.
