History
Rizzo Winery was established in 2006 when it was transformed from a cherry orchard into a vineyard. Rizzo Winery's Estate sits on 12 acres of dry-farmed vines, with both red and white grapes. We have an acre of Viognier, an acre of Muscat Canelli, and 10 acres of Pinot Noir, the famed grape of the Willamette Valley.
Specialties
Rizzo Winery creates delicious wines crafted in Oregon's famous Willamette Valley. Our primary focus is making single vineyard, single varietal wines to showcase the purest expression of grape and place. We dry farm our vineyard to stay true to Mother Nature in each vintage we create. Though we farm Pinot Noir, Muscat Canelli, and Viognier grapes on our Estate, we also source bolder red grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tempranillo from Oregon's Columbia Valley.
