History

River's Edge Winery was founded by Mike and Vonnie Landt when they purchased the oldest vineyards in Elkton back in the late 1990's. Retired biochemists, Mike and Vonnie purchase grapes from other vineyards in the Elkton AVA to make their approximate 3,000 cases per year.

Specialties

We specialize in high quality Pinot Noir and other cool climate varietals including Pinot Gris and Gewurtztraminer.

This is such a cute place to have some wine tasting. Their wine is superb and it's better than a lot of other winery. Their staffs are nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed their dog as well!
