History
Prime Fitness is the evolution of MobiFit of Fresno Ca. MobiFit provided personal training at the location of the client's convenience. MobiFit was founded December 15, 2011 and was successful in creating happy healthy clients in Fresno. In early 2013, the owner of MobiFit and her family moved to Medford Oregon where MobiFit has evolved into Prime Fitness. Prime Fitness is a private gym where each client receives individualized exercise prescription based on scientifically proven methods of exercise programming. At Prime Fitness we offer Sport Specific Training, Individualized Exercise Prescription, and ongoing tracking of goals and the achievement of those goals.
