Had some deck outdoor wood delivered.Crappy wood with splits and knots.Would not accept returns for their wood .Bad business

Ordered trusses for our shop and the driver refused to bring them to job site and put them on top of walls. Manager said they were in a hurry and didn't have time for a small job like ours....
