History
The Rental Sales Gallery was founded in 1959 (as part of the Portland Art Museum) as a nonprofit gallery to help promote public awareness of Oregon arts by showcasing regional artists. The Gallery is run almost entirely by volunteers and hosts three artist shows a year. The shows held in April and October highlight new works by current Gallery members, and the June show highlights works by new Gallery members. Please check the Portland Art Museum's calendar for dates and details.
