HistoryWe have grown from a small 3.5 acre farm to our current 75 acre diversified farm. The crops we grow are available at local farmers markets year round. We are a no spray farm and have become Certified Naturally Grown as well as Animal Welfare Approved. Animal Welfare Approved status affirms that our animals are living humane, healthy, happy lives the way that they are intended. The chickens are all free range out on pasture.The goats, sheep, pigs and cows are all raised on pasture as well. Our pigs root around in the dirt while being moved around the farm to new and interesting ground to work on regularly and we enjoy watching the barnyard entertainment every day! A few times each year we have open farm days where every one is invited to come meet all the animals and see where your food is grown. It is a wonderful way to see the seasonality of a small farm as well as meet others with shared interests in eating local and supporting small sustainable farms.SpecialtiesLocal, sustainable farm offering pasture raised meat, pastured eggs, organically grown no-spray produce, goat milk soaps and a variety of preserves. We are Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Naturally Grown. We raise heritage breed lamb, chicken, pork and beef. All of our animals are pasture raised. We make hand made goat milk soap from our own goats that are hand milked. We offer our products year round at the farmers markets and to local restaurants.
