Other Worlds Games (formerly, pre-2007, Alternate Universe) is Southwest Portland's independently-owned and operated, neighborhood Games and Comic Book Store! We are SW Portland's 'knowledgeable' source and supplier for new Comics & Graphic Novels, Adventure, Family and Euro-Board Games, Role Playing Games, (Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, etc.) Magic: the Gathering, Warhammer, Warmachine, Dystopian Wars and other Miniatures-Hobby Games.

We are an independently-owned, neighborhood games, novelty and comic book store and friendly gaming community. We sell FUN & GAMES! Including: Family and Euro- Board Games, Role Playing Games, Collectible Card Games like Magic: the Gathering, Pokemon and the new My Little Pony card game. We sell newly-released Comics and Graphic Novels and offer boxes for monthly subscribers. We also carry fun, geeky, gift and novelty items with a pop culture twist, (Doctor Who, Big Bang Theory, Star Wars, Avengers, and more). We offer open gaming tables, gaming events like organized tournaments, weekly board game days, Pre-release and Launch tournaments, and we have an enthusiastic and growing, friendly community of gamers and comic book fans.
