Oregon Community Health Information Network, also known as OCHIN, is a nonprofit organization that supports safety net clinics who serve noninsured and underinsured patients. It designs and builds integrated software products that support ambulatory health care services. The organization is a collaboration of more than 20 member organizations, including the Asher Community Health Center, Deschutes County Health Department, Lincoln Community Health Center and Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency. Oregon Community Health Information Network also provides training, consulting, health information and management services. Additionally, it offers aggregate health care data and statistics of low-income and uninsured population in the United States. The organization is located in Portland, Ore.
