Izzy's Franchise Systems is the franchising arm of Izzy's Pizza. The pizza bar and buffet family restaurants are located in the Northwest. For more than 20 years, Izzy's has offered a salad bar, traditional hot food buffet, pizza bar and dessert bar. Its buffet line includes barbecue chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans, garlic cheese bread, gravy, garlic green beans, and macaroni and cheese. The restaurant chain was established when the owners converted Shakey s Pizza Parlors in Albany and Corvallis, Ore., into Izzy s Pizza in 1979. Izzy's Franchise Systems was formerly known as Covalt Enterprises.
