Joe is President and Chief Executive of McKenzie Leasing & Finance, and its parent company Hawes Financial Group. In addition to twenty years experience in the credit and collections industry, Joe is an active member in a number of credit and finance organizations and is recognized for his leadership, focus on education, and community involvement. Dave has spent over thirty years in the finance and banking industry with positions in credit management, collection administration, and sales. In 1997 Dave took over ownership of First Fidelity Financial, a local equipment leasing company and former employer. Dave sold the majority of the portfolio in 2004 and joined McKenzie Leasing soon thereafter. He was promoted to General Manager upon Ray's retirement. Ray worked in installment lending, commercial loans and credit administration for First Interstate Bank of Oregon and First Hawaiian Bank from 1973 through 1984. After spending four years as the credit manager of a large Oregon based leasing company, Ray founded McKenzie Leasing Company in 1988. The company operated as a small ticket lease-funding source with customers throughout the state of Oregon. In 2004 he sold the company to Hawes Financial Group and served until retiring in October 2008 as the General Manager. Juanita has 15 years experience in the collections and credit industry. Much of her knowledge of the industry was obtained at Ford Motor Credit where she began as a Customer Service Representative for the Collection & Customer Service Department and was promoted to Dealer Services Analyst. In 1998 Juanita was hired as Credit and Collection Clerk for the Eugene Register Guard where she used her knowledge of collection methods and techniques to collect advertising receivables. Most recently, Juanita was Collection Supervisor at Professional Credit Service. With an Associates Degree in Business Administration, banking experience at Wells Fargo and accounting skills obtained at Professional Credit Service, Dani brings diverse knowledge of financial support to her position as Portfolio Administrator. Dani assists with lease management and provides customer service to current lessees. As our latest member, Marianne brings a well rounded resume to her new position. She has experience in title and insurance processing with Commercial Equipment Lease, banking with Liberty Bank, office manager at manufacturers in Eugene and Medford, and even owned a restaurant for several years in Medford. Marianne uses her people skills and accounting knowledge as our Portfolio Assistant..
