History
Lynne works with those struggling with OCD, depression, self esteem, weight or care giving issues. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach (CBT). Clients describe her as down to earth, compassionate, nonjudgmental and strengths focused. She partners with clients to help them identify what's creating stress, unhappiness and overwhelm, be it outside pressures or internal struggles. Clients learn to embrace their strengths and have compassion for their weaknesses for themselves and the world around them. This helps them to live with less stress and more peace and happiness.

Please note that posting a review may put your privacy at risk and for that reason I suggest against it. In order to protect your privacy I will never respond to your reviews, but encourage you to contact me directly at any time if you are a past or current client and have concerns about the quality of care you received. It is always your right to post a review, and if you do so, I encourage you to use a pseudonym. Posting a review is a public activity, so consider carefully what information you choose to disclose. Although I appreciate that you may wish to offer a testimonial if you are satisfied with the treatment you received, it is unethical for me to solicit past or present testimonials, and I will never do so. If you believe that I (or any licensed mental health professional) has done something harmful, you can contact your state licensing board and make a formal complaint. Please be aware that details of your therapy may come up if there is a formal investigation.
