I am building my own ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and analyze properties and zoning to maximize your investment. I have a solid understanding of homes and can advise on condition. My goal is for you to have a seamless experience relocating, buying, and selling. I know my job doesn't end when your home closes, my service carries on long afterwards.
