It's a hit or miss, but that' the life of machine washing. Sometimes it does a good job and sometimes it's ok. I have never been disappointed with the washing. The dry cycle is about 95% or so....

Horrible service! Their brush in NW downtown location broke my side passenger mirror and they refused to fix the problem and take responsibility. Do not recommend them! I am taking the legal route.
