I work with individuals, couples, children, teens, & adults using a compassionate, strength based approach in a peaceful, nonjudgmental space. I tailor treatment around individual needs, incorporating Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, DBT, CBT, and Family Systems. My work in the field of mind/body wellness began in 2000 studying sports psychology, motivation, and physiology and I received my BS in Psychology from WSU in 2004. In 2011, I completed Portland State University's post-bacc Speech Language Pathology program and then received an additional two years of training in Mental Health Counseling in 2013. I finished my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018, working as an Intern Therapist for Polk County Youth & Family Behavioral Health providing therapy to high acuity clients between 2-26 yrs, and their families and care providers.
