History

We started milking our own goat for our families health, we wanted to start a family business where we could work together and Hope Springs Dairy was born. We started milking Jersey cow known for their rich creamy milk and that was when we transitioned into Jersey cow milk only. We love the community support and look forward to growing with Central Oregon.
