Located on the west side 395 on the south end of town I found this little gem. There were two ladies working out of a small catering trailer. Both of the ladies looked like someone's grandmother....

Wonderful meal by two very talented ladies. Definitely worth a stop when you are heading through town. They built the trailer and cook the food themselves. Try the biscuits and gravy.
