History
The restaurant is named after Chef and Owner Marco Roberti's Grandmother Gilda (Jill-da), who taught him her techniques and recipes. She inspired in him a deep love for Italian cuisine. After returning from Italy, Marco took over a space on 16th and SW Morrison in 2010 (previously known as the Commodore Grill), and began massive renovations. 3 months later - here we are!
