envIRONment is the concept of reclaiming our natural rhythm and movement by tapping into our primal selves and learning how to use the tools around us to play, breathe, work, nurture, and explore. wanting to really push that fitness is more than a bicep curl, we wanted to offer something that is an invitation for people to become aware of all components of health and wellness on the continuum, and how those components each have an effect on our fitness as a whole. sometimes the hardest workout is just sitting still, and it is encouraging that type of awareness of when to go hard, when to rest, sleep, eat, drink, our most basic needs, that allows for us to train for optimal fitness. envIRONment is not just physical fitness, it is a tribe and the world we move in. it is creating a network of information and connections to affordable health care, informed food choices, fitness, and community for all.
