History
EForce Sport started in 2010 by Ryan DePalo. Ryan was a four year letter winner in football at the University of Oregon. Specialties
EForce's trainers are highly qualified fitness instructors and have played a respective sport in college. This allows the trainers to create sports-specific programs that are tailored to the athlete's specific goals. Functional training for athletes is important because it involves whole body exercises that condition muscles to work together in a coordinated and efficient manner. This approach to training emphasizes appropriate body motions and goes far beyond simply improving muscular strength. It serves to strengthen supporting muscles that are often not developed. EForce has developed an elite training style called HYBRID, sports fundamentals combine with various functional training styles. This will maximize your potential and emphasizes multi-planar movement activities that involve strength, power, and stability. It will help athletes accelerate results in their speed, agility, explosiveness, flexibility, and strength.
