History
Eat for Health was created by Diane Reich, MS, CNC, as a private nutrition counseling practice. First located at the Southwest Family Physicians Clinic in Tigard, OR, the practice was relocated to the Lincoln Center (across the street from Washington Square Mall) in 2009. The original focus was strictly one-on-one nutrition counseling, but has since grown to include nutrition classes, customized group sessions, cooking classes, in-home kitchen makeovers, and a newsletter which is published twice a month. Though the main focus remains individualized counseling, nutrition education in all forms is available and encouraged.
