Minimize Conflict; Maximize Compromise. Disputes of any kind can be contentious. It doesn’t matter if they involve family, the insurance company or the criminal justice system, when handled poorly, tensions can rise and emotions can run high. In my practice, I value taking the high road. I find that to reach a satisfactory outcome for my clients, I need to get the facts right, thoroughly understand the needs and concerns of both parties and find a workable solution that keeps my clients’ needs and goals front and center.
