One of the customers over 5'5" was FOLDED into her seat. Due to back issues, I couldn't sit like that. Can you?

10.5 hour flight and yet it was only one of my 3 flights!

She may be pretty, but she isn't nice! She booted me from the empty seats in 2nd class, it's not like I moved to biz or 1st class!

Adding a star because I would have had to pay hundreds more to go overseas using Lufthansa or Delta and KLM (greedy!). Also, Delta had removed some of their nonstop to Europe flights at the time...
