History
Clint Nelson graduated from the University of Oregon Dental School in 1970 and practiced dentistry until 2012. During his years as a dentist Clint focused on chronic pain and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). A disorder often caused by grinding or clenching of the jaw due to stress, this focus led Clint to become a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in 1997. After training in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy and strain-counterstrain he finally became a certified Bowenwork massage practitioner. In 2004 he received an MA in Counseling Psychology allowing him to practice as a Qualified Mental Health Practitioner. This broad range of training has given him a multifaceted understanding of the anatomy and psychology of the human body.
