History
I have studied the Feldenkrais Method for six years with David Zemach-Bersin, one of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais' original American students and Feldenkrais teacher for the last 35 years. I graduated from the Feldenkrais Professional Training Program of New York City in the spring of 2011, and I continue to be personally mentored by David Zemach-Bersin. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Choreography from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. I have been intrigued by and studying the relationship between movement and awareness for many years. An avid teacher, choreographer, and improvisational mover, I have led dozens of somatic education explorations to people of all ages and abilities for eight years.
