Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combing strength, cardio and mindfulness. In each class, you'll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and breathing exercises that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. For every move, the instructor gives you options to modify based on what your body needs. No prior fitness or dance experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged!
