Each bao is cooked with the energy of steam for a healthier alternative to fast-casual. What's a bao? It's a soft, fluffy dough filled with savory or sweet flavors and steamed to perfection. Wow Bao opened in 2003 in Chicago's iconic Water Tower Place Mall. In 2020, Wow Bao launched 150+ delivery-only locations, partnering with restaurants across the county to steam their signature menu items for delivery.
