Horrible! They donate the washer and dryer monies to Catholic Charities weekly yet their own w/D's are complete junk from the 70's and out of order most of the time. Happy for Catholic Charities!...

I work in a building they own. They are slum lords. The water and hvac are garbage/a dinosaur from days of old but yet they insist that it's not their problem.. I would never rent from this...
