The inspector didn't really look around. Didn't look in the attic. Didn't look under the house. Just heard the problem and quoted me $2,500 to drill holes all over my house and not even fix them....

They charge A LOT of money to inspect and/or treat your property on a monthly basis, but do not show up for months! Not willing to negotiate or compensate us for services they did NOT provide!!!!
