Originally established in 1994 as Prokleen Cleaning & Restoration and incorporated in 2004 as Prokleen Inc. The owners Jason & Tammy Stout watched their business grow from the back of a pickup truck. As the business grew so did the services offered and that is when Action911 was born. A separate business geared towards damage restoration from initial demolition to final rebuild.
