Acanthus was opened in 2008 in Portland Oregon. Owner Anne Thompson had been in the furniture business 10 years prior and decided it was time to offer an eco-friendly furniture option. Acanthus builds eco-friendly custom made sofas, sectionals and chairs ,and will reupholster any existing antique, modern and contemporary furniture.
