Western Oaks Middle School is a coeducational school that provides educational and enrichment programs to students in grades six through eight. It has a library media center that provides fiction database for more than 125,000 titles, full text magazine articles, encyclopedias, dictionaries, photos, maps and flags. The school has a parent-teacher association that sponsors various educational and social programs for the overall development of the school.
