Horrible experience. Nasty driver. Ivan at the corporate office refused to take responsibility for a completely botched trip. Had used them five times before, will not use again.

Village Tours, is now called Village Travel. Our coach rattled a lot near the back and the seats were spaced tightly together. The tight seat spacing was observed on several of their coaches....

Horrible customer service, dishonest company. Paid in full for a trip and bought insurance and would not honor the insurance and refund the cost of the trip! Do not use this company!! Terrible...
