OGE Energy is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, a regulated electric utility, and Enogex, a natural gas pipeline business. The electric company serves nearly 735,000 retail customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas, and several wholesale customers in the region.
