Established in 1941, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education operates more than 10 constituent agencies and over 20 colleges and universities. The system enrolls nearly 230,000 students. Its institutions offer a range of degree courses in the areas of communication, fine arts, and business and technology education.
