Overall, I'd say some of the employees are amazing and some are not. Basically, it's like any bureaucracy, with some people just putting in time, but some people working really hard.

Don't respond to anything unless you are the victim. Don't respond to you calling in crimes if you aren't directly involved, so don't expect to help your neighbors or anyone for that matter....
