Homeland Stores is a chain of supermarkets operated by Associated Wholesale Grocers, a Missouri-based cooperative, through its Associated Retail Grocers subsidiary. Associated is a retailer-owned cooperative that supplies more than 850 retail grocery stores in 10 states. AWG provides nearly three-quarters of the products sold in Homeland Stores. The stores offer products through conventional grocery departments, including bakery, deli, floral, health and beauty, meat and produce.
