History
The J. W. Martin Library was constructed in August 1962 to serve Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Before that time, library services on the campus lacked a dedicated building.
Specialties
The J. W. Martin Library is the academic library for Northwestern Oklahoma State University and its satellite campuses. With a collection of over 100,000 print books and even more electronic resources, the library provides research materials and also offers research assistance. Amenities include a computer lab, study rooms, and free printing.
