The latest renovation was in 2003, which added over 9,000 seats at a cost of $125 million.
The Oklahoma Sooners are members of the Big 12 Conference of the within National Collegiate Athletic Association. They are known by their team colors consisting of red and white. Their mascot is the Sooner Schooner. Past players include Jack Jacobs, Adrian Peterson and Lee Roy Selmon.
