Founded in 1969, Crossroads Youth & Family Services is a nonprofit organization that operates emergency youth shelters and offers counseling services to children, youths and adults. It has more than 200 employees who provide health care services to over 5,500 people in Cleveland, Pottawatomie, McClain and Seminole counties in central Oklahoma. Crossroads Youth & Family Services offers case management, individual assessment, and individual, group, family and marital counseling services. It also provides Teens and Parents in Partnership, a state-mandated, early intervention program that includes a psychoeducational group discussion session for first-time offenders between the ages of 9 and 18, as well as for parents to identify behavioral problems and find solutions. Additionally, the organization offers Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Crossroads Youth & Family Services is located in Norman, Okla.
