Objective: Recruit and retain qualified, competent, professional and appropriately trained employees while committing to community outreach and partnering in order to continuously expand the scope and availability of resources. Objective: Monitor company capabilities and the competitive environment in order to minimize losses and protect assets while maximizing growth and expansion whenever fiscally possible. CCSO works closely with state and local organizations in an effort to meet the unmet needs of the persons in the communities we serve. In order to uphold our commitment to quality and ensure that the needs of our communities are effectively met, CCSO continuously monitors performance, consumer satisfaction and outcomes. CCSO surveys both active and discharged substance abuse and mental health service consumers, personnel and other stakeholders. By doing so, we are able to ensure that the highest standard of care continues to be met and that the services our consumers receive are able to benefit their lives and the lives of their loved ones to the greatest degree possible.
