The Charles E. "Bill" Johnson Correctional Center is governed by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Established in 1995, the center is a minimum security correctional facility. The Charles E. "Bill" Johnson Correctional Center houses more than 400 male, felon drugs offender between the ages of 18 and 40. It consists of various metal and portable buildings within its compound and a green house and skill center outside the campus area. The center maintains a dining hall and programs building, as well as medical facilities and multistoried dormitories. The Charles E. "Bill" Johnson Correctional Center also administers the Regimented Treatment Program.
