Each event is assigned an event manager who is tasked with understanding the scope of the event, deploying the appropriate personnel and products, ensuring the timeliness of deliverables and managing the event from set-up to removal. The event manager's team consists of a site manager, scheduling manager, event coordinators, a personnel supervisor, and all trained personnel to ensure full field support and coverage.
