History

Constructed in 1915 as the Grace M.E. Church, the structure was purchased by Artist Leon Russell in 1972 and turned into a world-class recording studio and home office to Shelter Records. Was listed on National Register of Historic Places in 2018 with the current owner and is opening in 2021 is a Recording Studio, Community Space, Educational Facility and Entertainment Network.
