Cedar Crest Manor, located in Lawton, Okla., is a 95-bed nursing facility. The center offers private and semiprivate rooms to its residents. It provides physician, 24-hour nursing, physical therapies and dietary services to its residents. Its dietary department offers therapeutic diets as recommended by the attending physicians.
