APCO Media is the brain child of Producers Guild Member Ford Austin. Ford originally founded Angry Baby Monkey Pictures in Hollywood, California in 2001 to produce and direct niche films and television programs/ After operating in Burbank, CA for ten years, Ford launched the ford Austin Company where he partnered with Lions Gate Entertainment to produce the smash hit feature film The Ghostmaker. His next production was Showgirls 2 starring and directed by Rena Riffel. By the end of 2011, Ford executive produced the feature documentary The Right to Love which he qualified for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
