Established in 1890, the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library serves the educational, cultural and recreational needs Trumbull County residents. Located in Warren, Ohio, the library comprises of several branches in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty and the Lordstown Library. It provides current popular reading, viewing and listening materials. The library houses library programs, events, computer with internet access, word processing software and other recreational activities. Additionally, Warren-Trumbull County Public Library provides housebound library service and a delivery of library materials for the physically handicapped and visually impaired.
