Vicki Rumpler, CNP is an experienced certified nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of patients with diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum, and anus. With extensive experience gained from her previous role at the Cleveland Clinic, Vicki joined the University Hospitals Department of Colorectal Surgery in 2016. She is responsible for the care of colorectal surgery patients, including pre-operative clearance, post-operative evaluation, colon cancer follow-up, and complex wound management. Vicki is known for her expertise in anorectal disease, colon and rectal cancer, Crohn's disease, diverticular disease, ulcerative colitis, and wound care.
Vicki received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner with honors from Ursuline College. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses and serves as the coordinator of the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer. With a passion for mentorship and training, Vicki has been involved in the education of APN students, residents, and fellows. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, walking her dog, traveling, working out, and cooking.
